We are recruiting an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Multi Skilled Engineer to join a modern, highly automated manufacturing site in Derbyshire.

This is a great opportunity for engineers from manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial backgrounds looking to develop their skills in automation, PLC control systems, and advanced production equipment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Maintain and repair automated production lines
• Work on PLC-controlled machinery, drives, motors & sensors
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Use CMMS systems (SAP / Maximo)
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards

🎯 Requirements

Essential:

• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Multi Skilled Engineer
• Manufacturing / FMCG / industrial background
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
• Experience with PPM and breakdown maintenance

Preferred:

• Electrical maintenance skills
• Experience with automation, PLCs, or production lines
• Multi-skilled capability

🔄 Shift Pattern

Rotating 3-shift pattern:

• 06:00 - 14:30 (Fri 06:00 - 12:00)
• 14:30 - 23:00 (Fri 12:00-18:00)
• Sun 20:30 - 06:00, 23:00 - 06:00
