Electrical Project Manager

Electrical Project Manager required. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading electrical contractor delivering a CAT A / CAT B commercial banking project in Canary Wharf.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to take full responsibility for London banking fit out project, working for an established and highly regarded contractor.

The Role

As Electrical Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the electrical installation, managing the project from pre-construction through to completion. You will work closely with the client, site management team and subcontractors to ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the electrical package from start to completion
• Manage project programme and subcontractors
• Coordinate closely with the main contractor and clients
• Manage project costs, variations and commercial performance
• Oversee procurement and ensure materials are available when required
• Attend progress, design and coordination meetings
• Ensure all works comply with current electrical standards and project specifications
• Monitor quality, progress and health & safety
• Manage commissioning, testing and handover

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in commercial CAT A / CAT B fit-out projects.

The Opportunity

This is a Banking project in Canary Wharf project with an established electrical contractor and offers great career development 

Salary: £75,000 – £80,000 + package, depending on experience.
