Role: Electrical Project Manager
 

Location: Kettering/Fareham offices, secured contracts in Slough area
 

Contract type: Permanent
 

Core responsibilities we need covered:

• End-to-end delivery of electrical installation projects (mobilisation to handover)
• Sub-contractor and supplier procurement
• Programme, budget, labour and subcontractor on site management
• Client and main contractor liaison
• Site team supervision (electricians, supervisors)
• Compliance with BS 7671 and H&S standards

Essential requirements:

• Experience as an Electrical PM/Contracts Manager in construction, preferably in the care sector
• Electrical qualification (NVQ3/City & Guilds or equivalent)
• 18th edition 7671
• SMSTS
• CSCS card
• Full UK driving licence
• IT/computer literate

Desirable:

• Asta Powerproject experience
