Electrical Project Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team on a major commercial project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the electrical works from planning through to completion, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Electrical Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all electrical works across the commercial project.
• Oversee electrical subcontractors, engineers, electricians and site teams.
• Coordinate with the main contractor, site management and other trades.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
• Monitor progress, quality, costs and project deadlines.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Review RAMS, permits and relevant project documentation.
• Ensure all works comply with current health & safety legislation and site requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and project-related issues.
• Manage commissioning, testing and handover documentation.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and project delivery.

Electrical Project Manager Requirements:

• Black ECS Card 
• SMSTS 
• Manual Handling 
• Asbestos Awareness 
• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical installations and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight project deadlines.
• A strong commitment to health, safety and quality.
