We’re recruiting for an experienced Electrical Shift Lead to join a busy Facilities Management contract.
This is a great opportunity for an electrically biased engineer with strong technical knowledge who is comfortable taking responsibility for a shift and supporting other engineers.
Responsibilities
- Leading engineering activity across the shift
- Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
- Fault finding and repairs
- Supporting and coordinating engineers
- Ensuring PPMs and reactive tasks are completed
- Maintaining health, safety and compliance standards
- Liaising with management and client representatives
- Supporting technical issues and escalations
What we're looking for
- Recognised electrical qualifications
- 18th Edition preferred
- Commercial building services/FM experience
- Previous lead or supervisory experience advantageous
- Strong technical and fault-finding ability
- Confident communication and leadership skills
