Responsibilities and duties of the Electrical Supervisor role
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will:

• Plan, schedule and delivere EV ChargePoint installation projects, ensuring successful completion to programme, budget and customer requirements.
• Coordinate electrical and engineering teams, managing resource allocation, project scheduling and material procurement for efficient project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with BS7671 standards by overseeing installation quality, reviewing designs and signing off NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificates.
• Manage health and safety across projects by reviewing RAMS, delivering Toolbox Talks and conducting site safety audits.
• Produce and manage project documentation, including programmes of work, handover packs and customer deliverables, ensuring accurate and timely completion.

The Electrical Supervisor role would suit someone who has:

• Proven experience in electrical supervision and leading a team.
• Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical installations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• £45,000 - £50.000 DOE basic
