Electrical Supervisor – Data Centre Projects | Europe

Location: Various locations across Europe

A leading international engineering contractor is seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to join its delivery teams on major Data Centre projects across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on electrical professional with strong site supervision, M&E installation and mission-critical experience to work on high-profile projects within a fast-paced and technically demanding environment.

Electrical Supervisor  Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on site.

• Lead electrical operatives and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality delivery.

• Monitor progress against programme and provide regular updates to the project team.

• Ensure all works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, RAMS and site procedures.

• Support inspections, testing, commissioning and handover activities.

• Promote a strong health, safety and quality culture at all times.

• Work closely with project managers, engineers and other trade supervisors to maintain smooth site operations.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on construction or M&E projects.

• Strong background in electrical installation, ideally within Data Centre, mission-critical, industrial or large-scale commercial environments.

• Good understanding of site coordination, quality control and health & safety.

• Ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.

• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.

• Willingness to work across various locations in Europe.
