Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join an expanding project team based on-site in Dublin. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for supervising electrical installation activities on major data centre projects, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.



Key Responsibilities

  • Site Supervision: Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation activities to ensure works align with project requirements, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

  • Sub-Contractor Coordination: Liaise directly with electrical sub-contractors, site teams, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth site operations.

  • Compliance & Standards: Verify that electrical works strictly adhere to drawings, specifications, and approved method statements.

  • Progress & Risk Tracking: Monitor installation progress on site and promptly report any delays, risks, or technical issues to project leadership.

  • Health, Safety & Quality: Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safe working practices, RAMS, and permit procedures across all electrical activities.

  • Multi-Disciplinary Interface: Coordinate with Mechanical and CSA teams to manage service interfaces and ensure proper installation integration.

  • Technical Support: Assist with drawing reviews, technical documentation, and resolving day-to-day site queries.

  • Commissioning & Snagging: Support system testing, commissioning, and handover activities while managing snagging close-outs through to completion.



Essential Requirements & Qualifications

  • Qualifications: Recognized Electrical Trade Qualification or a relevant degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • Experience: Proven track record supervising electrical installations within a construction contracting environment.

  • Sector Background: Prior experience in data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, or commercial construction environments is highly desirable.

  • Technical Capabilities: In-depth knowledge of electrical building services and the ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.

  • Core Competencies: Strong sub-contractor management, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
