We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a leading Data Centre project in Slough (SL1). This role is ideal for a qualified supervisor with strong leadership and organisational abilities, looking to oversee installation teams on a significant construction project. Salary
- CIS Pay Rates:
- Monday to Friday (First 37.5 Hours): £33.00/hr
- Midweek Overtime & Saturday (First 6 Hours): £42.90/hr
- Saturday (After First 6 Hours) & Sunday: £49.50/hr
- Location: Slough, SL1 4LH
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 6:00pm (30 mins deducted for breaks)
- Every other weekend: 7:30am – 4:00pm (new starters not required first weekend)
- Parking: Limited on-site parking with free parking available nearby
- Transport: 9-minute walk from Burnham Railway Station
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate teams of electricians on-site
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Organise and allocate daily work activities
- Ensure work is completed to safety and quality standards
- Monitor productivity and project progress
- Liaise effectively with site management and subcontractors
- Valid JIB Card
- IPAF Licence
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
- Previous experience supervising electrical installation teams
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Prior experience working on Data Centre projects
