Nuco Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor on behalf of a leading social housing contractor operating across London and the South East. This is a permanent role offering a mix of field-based and office-based responsibilities, overseeing electrical operations, supporting engineers in the field, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Role and Responsibilities

• As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of Electricians across planned and reactive maintenance contracts within the social housing sector.

Key duties include:

• Supervising and supporting a team of Electricians
• Carrying out site visits and quality inspections
• Specifying and pricing electrical works
• Reviewing and checking electrical certification
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company procedures
• Conducting health and safety inspections and audits
• Providing technical support and guidance to Electricians
• Monitoring performance and productivity across the contract
• Liaising with clients, tenants, and internal teams
• Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• AM2 Qualification
• ECS Gold Card
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous supervisory experience within social housing
• Strong knowledge of electrical testing, inspection, and compliance requirements

Desirable

• 2391 Inspection & Testing Qualification
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Experience managing direct labour teams
