The Role

As the Electrician, you’ll:
  • Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
  • Conduct fault finding and repairs on electrical systems.
  • Perform general electrical installation and maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations.
  • Collaborate with the on-site FM maintenance team to achieve operational goals.
You

To be successful in the role of Electrician, you’ll bring:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
  • ECS/JIB Card (preferred).
  • Experience in commercial building maintenance or FM environments.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
