Are you a qualified Electrician looking for an immediate-start opportunity?

A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking an experienced Electrician to join their team in the East Midlands. This is initially a temporary position, with the potential to become permanent.

The Role

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, repairs and installations

• Completing electrical works in accordance with JIB standards and current regulations

• Supporting planned and reactive FM maintenance requirements

• Working alongside other skilled trades within the on-site maintenance team

• Following site-specific health, safety and security procedures

• Supporting operations across both landside and controlled areas where required

• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Fully qualified Electrician status

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• Relevant JIB qualification/standards

• Previous commercial or Facilities Management maintenance experience

• Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements

• The ability to work effectively within a busy operational environment

• A current DBS would be advantageous, although checks can be arranged

• The ability to complete required security and employment-history checks for site access
