Location: Stockport

Hours: 40 hours per week

Start: Immediate

Pay: £26phr CIS (temporary period) / £40,500p/anum (Permanent)

Contract: 12‑week temporary period leading to permanent employment

Package: Company van, fuel card, specialist tools provided

• Void property electrical works including repairs, replacements, and safety checks

• Responsive repairs across domestic properties

• Fixed wire testing and certification

• Ensuring all work meets current regulations and safety standards

• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional conduct on site

• £26 per hour CIS during the 12‑week temp period

• £40,500 per annum once permanent

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

• 2391 (or equivalent) Inspection & Testing

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Own hand tools

• Willingness to obtain a Basic DBS

• Previous social housing experience (voids or responsive repairs)

• Strong understanding of domestic electrical compliance and safety standards
