We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and reputable electrical contractor specialising in commercial installations and maintenance projects. They are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join their team, working across a variety of commercial projects in Bristol and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician looking to work on high-quality projects within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver electrical installations, maintenance, and upgrades on commercial sites
- Install containment systems including trunking, conduit, cable tray, and basket
- Carry out wiring, testing, and commissioning tasks
- Work from technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure all work meets current BS 7671 regulations
- Maintain high health and safety standards on site
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
About You
- NVQ Level 3 qualified electrician (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
- ECS/CSCS card (preferred)
- Proven experience in commercial environments
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and safe working practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Reliable, professional, and a strong team player
Desirable Skills
- Inspection & Testing (2391 or equivalent)
- Experience on large commercial or industrial projects
- IPAF or PASMA certification
