Salary - £41,500 per annum + competitive call out
Permanent - Full Time
Sellick Partnership are recruiting for Electricians to work on a permanent basis for a housing association in the Staffordshire area, carrying out carrying out high-quality electrical installations on occupied and void properties.
Main Duties and Responsibilities for the Electrician:
- Carry out electrical works across domestic and commercial properties, including consumer unit replacements, rewires, upgrades, minor repairs and fault finding in line with current BS7671 standards
- Complete Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), installations and all relevant certification in accordance with the latest IET Wiring Regulations
- Undertake additional electrical certification to ensure compliance with current Building Regulations (Part P)
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of electrical systems, including both 230V and 415V installations
- Ensure all work meets current wiring regulations, using approved materials installed to manufacturer guidelines
- Interpret drawings and work orders to deliver tasks accurately based on specifications and schedules
- Work in line with all health and safety procedures and legislation to maintain a safe environment for colleagues and customers

Qualifications and Training required for the Electrician:
- NVQ Level 2 and 3 or equivalent
- 18th edition of the wiring regulations
- Inspection and Test Qualification (2394, 2395, 2391 or equivalent)
