Electronic Design Engineer
Hampshire | Open to Contract OR Permanent
We're looking for an experienced Electronic Design Engineer to join a growing engineering team, working on advanced electronic systems across automotive and embedded applications. You'll take ownership of hardware development from initial design through to testing and bring-up.
The Role
- Design and develop digital electronic hardware and PCBs
- Work on high-speed video processing and embedded systems
- Collaborate with firmware, software and PCB layout teams
- Support board bring-up, testing and validation
- Produce schematics, BOMs and technical documentation
What We're Looking For
- Strong digital electronics design experience
- Experience with high-speed video processing
- PCB design experience, ideally Altium
- Knowledge of I2C, SPI, UART, CAN and Ethernet
- Experience with multilayer, high-speed PCB design
- Ideally exposure to HDMI, LVDS, DisplayPort, MIPI or automotive video protocols
- Embedded C, STM32 or FPGA experience would be advantageous
