We're working on a confidential opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join a well-established organisation during an exciting period of change and growth. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys being the go-to expert for employee relations matters and partnering closely with leaders across the business.

The Role
As the Employee Relations Specialist, you'll be the trusted advisor on all things ER, supporting managers and leaders with a wide range of employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policy.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Managing complex ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability matters.
Providing expert guidance on employment law, policies and procedures.
Leading and supporting TUPE projects from start to finish.
Supporting ACAS early conciliation and Employment Tribunal cases.
Supporting organisational change projects, restructures and redundancy consultations.
Coaching and developing managers to improve people management capability.
Identifying trends and providing insightful HR reporting to senior stakeholders.
Who We're Looking For
You'll likely be an experienced HR or Employee Relations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing commerciality with compliance.
You'll bring:
- Strong Employee Relations case management experience.
- Experience managing TUPE transfers, consultations and organisational change.
- Knowledge of ACAS processes and Employment Tribunals.
- Up-to-date employment law knowledge.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards).
Most importantly, you'll be a confident, resilient and approachable professional who can build credibility quickly and provide pragmatic advice that helps drive the business forward.
