Seetec Employment and Skills Ireland (SESI) is seeking an experienced, strategic and commercially focused Employer Services Manager (ESM) to lead the development and delivery of our employer engagement strategy across a range of employment and employability programmes throughout Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring leader who is passionate about building employer partnerships, developing high performing teams and creating sustainable employment opportunities. As Employer Services Manager, you will play a critical role in strengthening our relationships with employers at both regional and national level, ensuring SESI is recognised as a partner of choice within the recruitment and employment services sector.

Working closely with the Operations Director, Area Managers and wider operational teams, you will drive innovation and best practice across our Employer Services function. You will lead a team of Employer Services Consultants and a Career Coach, using labour market intelligence, employer insight and performance data to maximise employment outcomes for our clients.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range of €48,000 to €63,000 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Location: Longford
Hours:  37.5 hours per week – 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (full time)
Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

•  Lead and develop the Employer Services Consultant team, driving performance and improving job entry and sustainment outcomes.

•  Coach, mentor and support team members through regular performance reviews, one-to-ones and development planning.

•  Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and national employers, creating sustainable employment opportunities for clients.

•  Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and organisations, including Turas Nua, the Department of Social Protection (DSP) and other employment service providers.

•  Use Power BI and performance data to identify trends, drive decision-making and continuously improve employer services delivery.

• Develop and embed employer engagement best practice across services, working closely with operational teams

Skills and Experience

  • At least five years’ management experience in recruitment, sales or employer services.
  • Significant experience leading teams and managing resources to deliver results in uncertain or changing environments.
  • Proven record of exceeding business or sales targets.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues across all organisational levels.
  • Significant experience building, developing and managing large-scale employer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Passion for helping people progress into sustainable employment.
  • Proven leadership, coaching and team development skills.
  • Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to perform and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and client management systems.
  • Full, current driving licence.
