• Work independently managing your own caseload

• No requirements for business development – enjoy a steady stream of high-quality instructions

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 5 years PQE
• Expertise in contentious employment law
• Comfortable running and progressing your own caseload independently
• Desire for flexibility, genuine work-life balance, and excellent earning potential

• Remote – work from home with no regular office attendance required
• Attractive salary: £70,000 - £85,000 per year
