- Lead and manage a large engineering team (circa 30 heads) to deliver effective operations.
- Oversee maintenance schedules to ensure machinery and equipment are fully operational.
- Implement and monitor safety and compliance standards across all engineering activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet operational goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives.
- Analyse and report on engineering performance and KPIs.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership to resolve engineering challenges.
Profile
A successful Engineering Manager should have:
- Proven experience within the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £80,000 to £90,000, dependent on the level of experience.
