This is a great chance to work within a technical manufacturing environment, in a brand-new role where you be able to utilise your experience to drive improvements across their engineering capabilities.  

The role is for a reputable engineering business that boasts a leading name within its industry. You will take ownership in leading their engineering function, creating a high-performance culture across planned and reactive maintenance, continuous improvements and capex projects. 

This is a key role where the business is looking to optimise it’s engineering capability and you will receive full backing and support in achieving this. 

The role would suit an electrical engineer who has some leadership/management experience, looking for a new technical challenge.    

The Role: 
-    Engineering Manager – Global Manufacturing Business.
-    Creating a high-performance culture across planned and reactive maintenance, continuous improvements and capex projects.
-    Mon-Fri days based working hours.

The Candidate: 
-    Electrical Engineering background.
-    Manufacturing Experience.
-    Experience within a supervisory/management/leadership position.
