Site Services Manager

Monday - Friday (Lunch time finish Friday)

£67,000 + Bonus



I am recruiting for an experienced Site Services Manager to join a leading food manufacturing business. The role will oversee site utilities, engineering services, statutory compliance, contractors and critical infrastructure.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage site utilities including steam, HVAC, gas, water treatment, electrical systems and refrigeration.
  • Lead PPM, contractor management and statutory compliance.
  • Lead and develop the Site Services team.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and contractors.
  • Support CAPEX and continuous improvement projects.
  • Drive energy efficiency and site performance improvements.
  • Ensure safe, compliant and reliable infrastructure supporting production.


Experience:

  • Previous experience in Site Services, Utilities, Engineering or Facilities Management, ideally within food/FMCG manufacturing.
  • Strong utilities and statutory compliance knowledge.
  • Strong contractor and people-management experience.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate desirable/required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
