📚 The Role

• Teach KS3 and KS4 English to a high standard
• Deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons that inspire progress
• Contribute to the wider English department and whole‑school ethos
• Take responsibility for planning, marking, and assessment
• Uphold high expectations for behaviour and achievement

🎓 What We're Looking For

• A UK‑qualified English Teacher (QTS or SMCTLS essential)
• At least 3 years' experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4
• Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom practice
• A positive, professional attitude and commitment to student success
• Someone reliable, adaptable, and ready to hit the ground running
