Salary: £25,640 - £27,040 per annum

About the role

As an Enrolment Support Advisor, you'll play an important role in making sure students have a smooth and straightforward start to their studies. Supporting both new and returning students, you'll help manage enrolment processes, maintain accurate records, and provide clear, timely communication throughout.

As part of a wider team, you'll contribute to a consistent and positive student experience across our campuses.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the accurate and efficient enrolment of new and returning students
  • Guide students through online enrolment, ensuring required information is complete and correct
  • Maintain and update student records across internal systems
  • Respond to student queries via email, phone, text and web chat, providing clear and helpful information
  • Identify and resolve routine issues, escalating more complex queries where needed
  • Work with colleagues across the University to ensure a consistent approach to enrolment
  • Contribute during busy periods and support enrolment-related events such as open days and assessments

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in an administrative or customer-facing role
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • The ability to organise your workload and prioritise tasks effectively
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently within established processes
  • A commitment to providing a positive and inclusive experience for students and colleagues

This role is offered as a fixed-term contract from 20th July until 12th October.
