Job Description:

Essential Criteria

• 10+ years designing enterprise Target Operating Models.
• Proven experience on large-scale technology transformation programmes.
• Experience defining governance, service management and organisational design.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and executive stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of SaaS operating models and enterprise platforms.
• Experience producing executive-quality strategy documents.

Desirable Criteria

• Atlassian Cloud migration experience.
• Financial Services or Tier 1 Banking experience.
• ITIL v4, COBIT or SIAM knowledge.
• Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Experience designing technology chargeback/showback models.
