Description

• Provide advice and support on employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and adhered to.
• Work closely with managers to resolve workplace issues effectively and fairly.
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects related to employee relations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all ER cases.
• Offer guidance on employment law and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies as needed.
• Provide training and coaching to managers on handling employee relations matters.

Profile

A successful ER Advisor should have:

Job Offer
