ERP Systems Coordinator

Location: West Yorkshire (multi-site role)

Role Purpose

This is a technically focused role supporting the commercial, operational and financial information systems of an established multi-site manufacturing group.

The ERP Systems Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the implementation, ongoing development and continuous improvement of the organisation’s ERP environment, with a specific technical focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV 2018.

The postholder will implement structured improvements to existing ERP processes, optimise reporting and support effective system integration. Alongside project delivery, the role will provide hands-on first and second-line troubleshooting for ERP-related issues and on-site support for manufacturing peripherals connected to the ERP environment.

During the ERP rollout, the postholder will work with internal project stakeholders, external technology partners and colleagues across the wider organisation on migration and upgrade activity.

There is a defined progression path for the role to develop into a broader ERP management position, supporting future acquisitions, data governance and wider organisational growth.
