If you are an experienced Estate Agent who excels at creating new opportunities, generating fresh market appraisals, and converting them into instructions — and you’re ready for a genuine challenge — please submit your application today!

• Basic salary circa £30,000 (negotiable, commensurate with experience)
• Guarantee considered on an individual basis, but we are seeking proactive self-starters who really want to grow something
• £55,000 - £65,000+ on target earning (need to proactively build the business in year 1 and it will continue to rise)
• Monday to Friday: 8:30am–6:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am–5:00pm
• One weekday off when working Saturday

This is a new branch opening and you will join a strong established independent Estate Agency known for a premium service, strong results and a modern approach to property. They have grown from strength to strength and have successfully expanded their operation in every town they have opened an office to date.

Estate Agent Branch Manager

You will be provided with superb marketing support along with a close working relationship with the Directors. They expect that outstanding customer service is provided to their clients and require the successful candidate to be capable of handling all aspects of Estate Agency, from initial valuation through to pipeline management.

Estate Agent Branch Manager – Candidate Requirements:

The successful candidate MUST:

• Have previously worked within the North London property market
• Know the property market within local area and surrounding areas
• Live locally or within a reasonable commuting distance
• Be able to demonstrate local connections
• Be able to demonstrate a track record of generating their own valuations and instructions

Estate Agent Branch Manager – Duties:

• Responsibility to increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets
• Setting and reviewing performance standards
• Development of team members
• Implementing agreed business plans
• Listing and selling properties
• Maintain a compliant business

Estate Agent Branch Manager – Commission Structure:

• 5% selling commission
• 2.5% commission for generating a valuation
• Branch Managers also receive 2.5% office commission on sales
• £100 lettings commission
• £100 self-generated lettings commission
• £40 per completed mortgage referral
• £60 per completed legal referral
• £5 for each named five-star review
