Estimator – Housing / Commercial

A well-established housing company based in Teesside is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will come from a housing, construction or commercial estimating background, with strong experience in preparing accurate tenders, pricing works and managing costs from enquiry through to contract award.

Key requirements:

• Previous experience as an Estimator within housing, construction or commercial environments
• Strong understanding of construction costs, materials and subcontractor pricing
• Ability to produce accurate estimates and tenders
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider commercial team

Package:

• Salary up to £80,000, depending on experience
