This role focuses on developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing communication channels, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This is a 12 month maternity cover position based in Berkshire.

The successful EU Marketing Manager will...

  • Develop and execute EU marketing plans in alignment with the company's EU marketing strategy.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to tailor marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the local marketing teams to adapt campaigns and content for the local market, ensuring cultural relevance and maximum impact.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget for the region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Develop and manage marketing content such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, social media posts, and website materials.
  • Manage the company's digital presence, including websites, social media accounts, and online advertising.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for future improvements.

Profile

A successful EU Marketing Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in managing communication strategies within the business services industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
