Position: European Employee Relations Manager
Location: Chertsey (Hybrid working policy)

Duration: Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
Our client is looking for an experienced European ER & Policy Manager to join their dynamic People Team, supporting HR operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of complex ER casework, influence HR policy across Europe, and work closely with international teams and senior stakeholders. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and making a real impact - this role offers all three.
Responsibilities of a European ER & Policy Manager
- Managing complex employee relations cases across Europe (grievance, disciplinary, redundancy, performance)
- Partnering with European HR teams and Works Councils
- Leading investigations and advising on ER strategy
- Supporting and implementing HR policy across multiple regions
Key competencies of a European ER & Policy Manager
- Proven experience in complex ER case management
- Strong knowledge of European employment law
- Experience working with Works Councils (essential)
- Confident stakeholder management across multiple countries
