Lloyd Recruitment are working with an established multi-use event venue, hosting a wide range of corporate, private, public, and agricultural events throughout the year.

We are looking for an Event Support Executive to work alongside the Business Development Manager, supporting clients from the initial booking through to the successful delivery of their events.

This is a varied, hands-on role involving client liaison, event planning, administration, and on-site event support. You will be the key point of contact for clients, helping to ensure every event is well organised and delivered to a high standard.

Key Objectives

Client & Event Support

• Acting as a key contact for clients throughout the event planning process
• Coordinating event requirements, schedules, and documentation
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Supporting event set-up and delivery on site
• Welcoming clients and resolving any issues that arise
• Supporting occasional evening and weekend events

Administration

• Managing event records, bookings, and the venue inbox
• Preparing event documentation, contracts, and operational information
• Supporting invoicing and monitoring payments
• Ensuring required event and health and safety documentation is in place

Candidate

• Experience in events, hospitality, administration, or customer service
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident and personable when dealing with clients and suppliers
• Able to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
• Proactive, professional and a natural problem solvers
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Previous events or venue experience is advantageous, but attitude and customer service skills are key
