Events & Digital Marketing Coordinator

Daventry – 100% office-based

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Purpose of the Role:

To coordinate and deliver marketing activities across the UK and Ireland, with a focus on showroom events, exhibitions, digital marketing and trade association partnerships. The role supports brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial objectives through effective planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives.

Working closely with internal teams, Head Office, external agencies, suppliers and industry partners, the role ensures marketing activities are delivered efficiently, consistently and in line with company brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. showroom events, product demonstrations, exhibitions and customer activities, including logistics, suppliers, budgets and follow-up.

1. day-to-day digital marketing, including website updates, email campaigns and social media content.

1. with Head Office, external agencies, suppliers and trade associations to coordinate marketing materials, sponsorships and promotional activities.
2. marketing calendars, campaign records, supplier information and promotional materials.

1. with Sales and other internal teams to support customer engagement and ensure consistent application of company brand guidelines.

1. event and campaign performance, track expenditure and provide updates to management.

Person Specification:

Essential:

1. in marketing, events or marketing coordination.
2. coordinating events and liaising with external suppliers or agencies.
3. knowledge of websites, email marketing and social media.

1. organisational, communication and project management skills.
2. attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Desirable:

       In a B2B, manufacturing or technical environment.

       With trade associations, marketing budgets and campaign reporting.

       Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
