About the Role

Our client is looking for an Events & Sales Representative to support face-to-face campaigns across events, exhibitions, retail locations, pop-ups, and community activity in Brighton.

You’ll represent recognised brands, engage directly with customers, and help generate new business through professional face-to-face sales conversations.

Full training is provided, making this suitable for someone looking to start a career in events, sales, or customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent brands at events and customer-facing campaigns
• Engage directly with customers and members of the public
• Start conversations and introduce products and services
• Deliver engaging sales presentations
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Answer questions and handle objections
• Generate new customer enquiries
• Work towards individual and team targets
• Support event setup and campaign activity when required
• Maintain professional standards when representing clients

Training & Progression

You’ll receive training in sales, customer engagement, communication, and event activity, alongside ongoing coaching.

Progression opportunities can include Senior Events Representative, Team Leader, Sales Trainer, Campaign Manager, and management positions.
