Executive & Facilities EA

Location: Chesterfield
Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum + bonus up to 50% of base salary
Working Pattern: Full-time, office-based

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive & Facilities EA to provide day-to-day support to a small team of senior executives.

This is a varied role covering executive support, travel and expenses, facilities coordination and general administration, with regular interaction with senior stakeholders and external suppliers.

• Arrange flights, hotels, chauffeurs and transfers for senior executives.
• Manage expenses, including submissions, reconciliations and chasing receipts.
• Maintain travel itineraries and calendars.
• Coordinate cleaning contractors, office supplies and general facilities.
• Organise lunches and refreshments for meetings, site visits and the factory team.
• Provide diary, correspondence and general administrative support.
• Provide cover for the Executive Assistant during annual leave.
• Manage the diary and maintenance schedule for the company demo van, ensuring it is available and in the correct location for site visits.
• Support with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

• Previous experience in an EA, PA, administration or office support role.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident managing multiple priorities and supporting several stakeholders.
• Professional and confident when dealing with senior executives and external suppliers.
• Discreet, reliable and proactive.
• Experience with travel bookings or expense systems would be advantageous.
