Description
- Manage and organise diaries, appointments, and meetings for 4 senior executives.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
- Act as the first point of contact, handling enquiries and communications professionally.
- Support in organising events, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
- Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including expense management and invoice processing.
- Provide ad-hochoc support to the wider team as required.
Profile
A successful Executive Personal Assistant should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally supporting senior executives.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing priorities effectively.
Job Offer
- Permanent role with a salary of £35,000 to £38,000, dependent on the level of experience.
