Description

  • Manage and organise diaries, appointments, and meetings for 4 senior executives.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
  • Act as the first point of contact, handling enquiries and communications professionally.
  • Support in organising events, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
  • Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including expense management and invoice processing.
  • Provide ad-hochoc support to the wider team as required.

Profile

A successful Executive Personal Assistant should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally supporting senior executives.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing priorities effectively.

Job Offer

  • Permanent role with a salary of £35,000 to £38,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Benefits package to be confirmed.
