We're a specialist IT recruitment agency operating across Ireland and the US, with offices in Belfast, Dublin, and Tampa. We're growing, and we need an experienced recruiter, from either a permanent or contract background, to come in and build a desk on their own terms.

No tech background is required. What we care about is a track record of billing, real relationship building, and the drive to win new business.

What you'll be doing

• Build and manage your own pipeline of candidates

• Own the client relationship from first call to placement

• Negotiate terms and close deals

• Win new business through your own outreach and network

• Work your market your way, we're not interested in micromanaging you

• You'll step into a busy, active market from day one

Earnings

• Enhanced compensation for experienced recruiters

• Competitive base salary, with no threshold on commission

• Earn up to 35% of your billings, paid monthly

• Plus bonuses for hitting key milestones
