Salary: £37,870–£56,154 per annum
Salary will reflect experience and position on the relevant Outer London Main Pay Range.
A vibrant Ealing primary school is looking for a knowledgeable and energetic EYFS Teacher to lead a class from September.
As the class EYFS Teacher, you will combine purposeful play with carefully planned adult-led teaching. The school wants children to become confident communicators, curious learners and considerate members of the class community.
You will join a collaborative early-years team that values high-quality provision, careful observation and close partnerships with families.
- Delivering the EYFS framework through engaging provision
- Planning meaningful indoor and outdoor learning
- Teaching early phonics, number and communication skills
- Monitoring children’s progress and identifying next steps
- Supporting successful transition into school
- Promoting independence, confidence and positive behaviour
- Working with additional adults to maximise pupil support
- Maintaining productive partnerships with parents and carers
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Successful experience teaching or training in EYFS
- Strong understanding of child development
- Knowledge of early phonics and early mathematics
- Effective planning, assessment and classroom organisation
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
- Availability from September for a long-term placement
- Experience supporting children with SEN or speech and language needs
- Confidence using outdoor provision as part of the curriculum
