EYFS Teacher

Salary will reflect experience and position on the relevant Outer London Main Pay Range.

A vibrant Ealing primary school is looking for a knowledgeable and energetic EYFS Teacher to lead a class from September.

As the class EYFS Teacher, you will combine purposeful play with carefully planned adult-led teaching. The school wants children to become confident communicators, curious learners and considerate members of the class community.

You will join a collaborative early-years team that values high-quality provision, careful observation and close partnerships with families.

• Delivering the EYFS framework through engaging provision
  
• Planning meaningful indoor and outdoor learning
  
• Teaching early phonics, number and communication skills
  
• Monitoring children’s progress and identifying next steps
  
• Supporting successful transition into school
  
• Promoting independence, confidence and positive behaviour
  
• Working with additional adults to maximise pupil support
  
• Maintaining productive partnerships with parents and carers
  

• Qualified Teacher Status
  
• Successful experience teaching or training in EYFS
  
• Strong understanding of child development
  
• Knowledge of early phonics and early mathematics
  
• Effective planning, assessment and classroom organisation
  
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
  
• Availability from September for a long-term placement
  

• Experience supporting children with SEN or speech and language needs
  
• Confidence using outdoor provision as part of the curriculum
