Key Responsibilities:

• Support food and drink service across weddings, events and functions

• Work alongside waiters, food runners and bar teams depending on the shift

• Provide friendly, professional service to guests

• Confidently join established teams and quickly understand what is required

• Keep service areas clean, tidy and well presented

• Follow instructions from supervisors and event managers

• Help each event run smoothly from start to finish

What we're looking for:

• Previous hospitality experience is required

• Experience as an F&B Assistant, waiter or bartender would be ideal

• Experienced in working within busy event or service environments

• Able to adapt quickly and work confidently with different teams

• Smart, presentable and reliable

• Positive attitude and strong team approach
