Location: Liverpool

Salary: Up to £35,000

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (12-hour shifts between 7:00am and 10:00pm)

Are you an experienced Fabric Technician looking for a varied role on one of Liverpool's most recognisable retail and leisure estates?

We're recruiting for a Fabric Technician to join a leading Facilities Management provider, supporting the maintenance of a high-profile, multi-use commercial estate in the heart of Liverpool.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)
• Reactive building fabric maintenance
• Fire door inspections
• Water sampling and water flushing
• General decorating and making good
• Porter duties, including moving furniture and equipment
• Installing and removing decking for seasonal events
• Overseeing specialist subcontractors
• General building fabric repairs across the estate

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Maintenance
• Strong all-round fabric maintenance skills
• Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A proactive and reliable approach to maintenance

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £35,000 basic salary
• 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
• 1 in 6 call-out rota
• £150 standby payment
