The Company
Our client is a growing specialist within the industrial and commercial construction sector, delivering high-quality aluminium and access solutions across Northern Ireland and beyond. With a strong reputation for precision, safety and reliability, they are expanding their in-house fabrication team and are now seeking an experienced Aluminium Fabricator to join their workshop.

Your New Role

As an Aluminium Fabricator, you will play a key role in the production of bespoke aluminium systems, ensuring all products are manufactured to exact specifications and quality standards. You will work on a variety of architectural aluminium products.
Key duties will include:

  • Fabricating aluminium products
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications and cutting lists
  • Measuring, cutting, machining, assembling and glazing aluminium products
  • Operating fabrication machinery such as saws, routers, punch tools, crimpers and CNC equipment
  • Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure project delivery
  • Identifying and reporting any fabrication issues or material shortages

Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm and Fri 2.30


What You'll Need to Succeed

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' aluminium fabrication experience
  • Proven experience across systems such as windows, doors, curtain walling or shopfronts
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Experience operating fabrication machinery and hand tools
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of health & safety within a manufacturing environment
