Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Facilities Manager on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of the facilities, including security, maintenance and other services. Ensuring that the needs of the organisation, employees and/or visitors are met.
- Monitor and report on internal performance against safety, costs, programme and quality.
- Identify deviations and implement remedial actions as appropriate.
- Managing the preparation, approval and issue of technical specifications and safety documentation through review to implementation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a facilities management role.
- Technical understanding of FM maintenance.
- Stakeholder management.
- Problem solving experience.
- Enhanced level vetting is essential but will be arranged by the employer.
