Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of integrated facilities management services within a leased office environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role, acting as the on-site lead to ensure a high-quality, professional workplace experience across a multi-tenanted office building.
The Role
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Facilities Manager with strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional workplace services.
Working closely with client stakeholders, landlord representatives, service partners, and internal teams, you'll drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across all aspects of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the efficient delivery of integrated facilities management services, including maintenance, cleaning, waste management, catering and vending, reception, and helpdesk coordination.
- Manage service delivery within a multi-tenanted building, working collaboratively with landlord representatives and other occupiers.
- Monitor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual standards, driving continuous improvement across all services.
- Act as the primary on-site contact for client stakeholders, building strong and visible working relationships.
- Ensure customer requests, feedback, and complaints are logged, managed, and resolved promptly and professionally.
- Maintain full compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies, promoting a strong safety culture.
- Lead, manage, and develop on-site teams and service partners, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Manage site budgets, control costs, identify operational efficiencies, and support financial reporting and account performance.
