T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Factory Labourer to join our Client on a Permanent basis located in Castle Donington.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly team within an established Company.
Factory Labourer Job Details and Benefits;
- £25,000 per annum plus overtime opportunities paid at 1.5
- Full time Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4.00pm
- 28 days holiday to start including bank holidays

Role & Responsibilities of a Factory Labourer include;
- Cutting lengths of timber into different sizes which involves taking lengths of timber from a stack of timber and cutting it using a crosscut saw
- Using hand tools
- Assembling products together
- Assisting with packing of products
- Any other associated task as required
Factory Labourer Person Specification;
- Basic woodworking / joinery experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
- Must have previous experience of using hand tools and the ability to understand a basic list of timber lengths to select the correct size for sawing
- A driving licence would be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated and proactive
