Our client, a market leader in heating and hot water solutions, is currently recruiting Factory Operatives to join their growing Despatch Department on the PM Shift.
Pay Rates- £14.98 per hour for the first 12 weeks
✅ Pay Increase After 12 Weeks
- £15.54 per hour
- PM Shift
- Average 39 hours per week
- Flexibility required: 24 to 45 hours per week, depending on business needs
As a Factory Operative in the Despatch Department, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately checked, inspected, prepared, and loaded for dispatch while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Duties Include:- Checking, inspecting, and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
- Verifying quantities against picking lists and dispatch documentation.
- Inspecting products for damage and ensuring only quality-approved products are shipped.
- Safely stacking and securing freight ready for transportation.
- Loading and unloading goods in accordance with company procedures.
- Operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) following training and authorisation.
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Working closely with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure customer orders are dispatched on time.
- Reporting any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns to management.
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and compliant with company standards.

- Previous warehouse, dispatch, logistics, or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
- Good attendance record
- Flexible with overtime when required
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards

- Physically capable of manual handling duties
- Positive, enthusiastic, and committed attitude
- Willingness to undertake MHE training as required
