We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fast Fit Centre Manager to lead and manage one of our client's bustling automotive centres in Blackpool. This is an excellent Fast Fit Centre Manager opportunity for a skilled professional to drive business growth, oversee daily operations, and lead a dedicated team within a fast-paced retail environment. Duties of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:
  • Managing the daily operations of the centre to optimise efficiency and productivity
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of workshop technicians and customer service staff
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures as a Fast Fit Centre Manager
  • Overseeing stock management, including delivery, storage, and audits
  • Upholding high standards of customer service and fostering a positive customer experience
  • Maintaining equipment, machinery, and scheduling safety checks and servicing
  • Implementing effective sales strategies to maximise centre revenue
  • Securing premises, stock, assets, and customer data
Requirements of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:
  • Proven experience as a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, or in a similar automotive management position
  • Demonstrable success in sales and delivering excellent customer service within the automotive sector
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Technical or mechanical automotive knowledge is preferred
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the automotive industry
  • Full UK Driving Licence with minimal points
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and operate effectively under pressure
