We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Fast Fit Centre Manager in Canterbury, Kent. Duties of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver high-quality customer service and operational efficiency
  • Maximise workshop productivity to meet profit targets
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service quality
  • Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, managing staff and adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Promote the company brand and develop strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business
  • Manage stock security and control, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with company procedures
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Monitor and maintain workshop compliance standards and health & safety policies
Requirements of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:
  • Proven experience in automotive management, preferably within a fast fit or autocentre environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to meet financial targets and drive sales
  • Knowledge of automotive servicing and repairs, with a focus on delivering a premium customer experience
  • Full UK driving license
  • Availability to work 48 hours per week, including Saturdays
