Shift Pattern: Waking Nights | 10:00pm – 7:00am
Eleven 11 Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Female Support Worker (Waking Nights) based in West Malling.

Our client is looking for a caring, compassionate, and reliable individual to support 7 adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that may challenge. No two days are the same, and this role offers the opportunity to help people live independently, achieve personal goals, and enjoy fulfilling lives.
A full UK manual driving licence is essential due to the needs of the service and the people being supported.
The Role
As a Female Support Worker working waking nights, your responsibilities may include:
• Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and physical disabilities to live as independently as possible
• Providing emotional support and reassurance throughout the night
• Assisting with personal care while maintaining dignity, respect, and choice
• Supporting with daily living activities where required
• Encouraging social inclusion and helping individuals maintain relationships with friends, family, and their community
• Promoting independence and helping people achieve their personal goals
• Ensuring individuals feel safe, comfortable, and supported at all times
• Completing relevant records and reporting information appropriately
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
• Caring, patient, and compassionate
• Reliable with a positive attitude
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying needs
• Passionate about helping others achieve greater independence
• A good communicator with a team-focused approach
• Willing to learn and develop within the care sector
• Holds a full UK manual driving licence
Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
