We are currently recruiting experienced Fibreglass Laminators to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Littleborough. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled candidates looking for long-term employment, career progression, and competitive earning potential.

As a Fibreglass Laminator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality fibreglass products while maintaining excellent attention to detail and quality standards.

• Laminating fibreglass products to specification
• Applying various substances and materials to moulds
• Conducting quality inspections and checks
• Manually lifting, moving, and storing finished goods
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting general production and housekeeping duties as required
• Working effectively as part of a two-person team

• Monday to Wednesday: 08:00 – 16:30
• Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
• Friday: 07:00 – 15:00

40 hours per week (paid after breaks)

• Starting rate from £13.05 per hour, depending on experience
• Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate after 40 hours
• Regular pay increases based on progression

• Fibreglass laminating experience is highly desirable
• Minimum 2 years' manufacturing or factory experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
• Able to work in a busy and sometimes messy manufacturing environment
• Reliable, hard-working, and able to work the advertised shift pattern
• Able to commute to Littleborough
