Realistic OTE of £38,000 (Base £28k, Commission £10k), plus £6,000 car allowance.

As a Field Advisor, you will create measurable local demand, build relationships in target communities, identify acquisition opportunities and support conversion either directly or through clear handoffs into the wider Growth & Loyalty operation.

For the right person, this role offers the chance to work at the centre of Gigaclear’s field acquisition, community activation, and partnership strategy, helping to create a more effective local growth model across our rural network footprint.

This could be suitable for an experienced Field Advisor looking for a new challenge.

Someone who is actively pursuing a career in sales and is looking for a company that will provide you with a structured sales apprenticeship, supported by an experienced sales training partner and programme.

What you will do:

Field acquisition and qualified lead generation:

  • Generate qualified customer demand through planned local field activity
  • Support direct order capture where the customer is ready and the process allows
  • Ensure lead quality is strong enough to support conversion by telesales or other acquisition channels.

BDUK voucher opportunity identification:

  • Identify eligible premises and customer opportunities that support Gigaclear’s BDUK voucher objectives.

Community activation and engagement:

  • Represent Gigaclear professionally within target communities, local events, and high-opportunity areas.
  • Support community engagement activity that improves brand awareness, consideration, and local trust.
  • Help plan and deliver local activity such as community events, door knocking, local drop-ins and tactical campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on local competitor activity, customer sentiment, and market conditions.

Local partner and affiliate support:

  • Support the development of local referral routes through estate agents, developers, local businesses, and community organisations.

Sports club and community partner activation:

  • Support the development of local sports-club and community partnerships as a measurable acquisition channel.

Conversion support and customer handoff:

  • Support customers through the most appropriate conversion route, whether field order capture or referral into telesales.

About You

Experience in field sales, community engagement, or customer acquisition.

A Graduate or experienced Customer Advisor, actively looking to pursue a career in sales.

You are likely to be a confident with strong customer engagement skills and the ability to build trust quickly within local communities.

You will be comfortable working independently within a regional plan, managing your own daily activity and using local insight to identify where Gigaclear can create demand.

Ability to work to activity plans, targets and agreed regional priorities.

Comfortable using mobile technology, CRM tools, and field activity systems.

NOTE: you will require a driving licence and your own vehicle.
